A cleaning kit is offered with each piece of Jany Marcelle jewelry, including a lotion, a brush and a polishing cloth to ensure proper care.

We recommend:
- Removing your jewelry before any activity that could damage it, such as sports, cooking or gardening.
- Avoiding contact with abrasive products. Avoid contact with cosmetics or household products, whose ingredients can alter the color and luster of your jewelry.
- Store your jewelry individually, in its original box or in a separate compartment of a jewelry case.
- Protect it from contact with salt water or chlorine, which can damage your pieces. Note that cold water can shrink your fingers, increasing the risk of a ring slipping off.

- Regular cleaning: Use the Jany Marcelle cleaning kit to remove residues that could dull the brilliance of your jewelry. However, this method is not suitable for all pieces. Technically complex creations should be cleaned by a professional.
- Professional cleaning: We recommend that you have your jewelry cleaned at least once a year. Ultrasonic cleaning in the showroom is possible.

As each piece of jewelry is made to order, delivery takes an average of 4 to 6 weeks. This time may vary according to the volume of orders or public holidays.

As our company is based in France, any shipment to a destination outside the European Union may incur customs duties and/or local taxes upon delivery, which are entirely payable by the customer.
